Immensely satisfied

Last week, we had to schedule a move, and I thought it was going to turn into a long day. It actually went pretty smoothly. The boxes were marked clearly so they won’t get mixed up, and things weren’t just dropped in one corner at the new place. Items were set down where I asked the first time, which saved me from rearranging later. After they left, I could start unpacking right away instead of fixing problems from the move.

This company pays for fake reviews

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn’t allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. I had a very bad experience with them. I usually don’t write reviews, but after seeing their ratings, I hired them now I realize all those ratings are fake.

One off their worker, Kendry, was extremely rude. Instead of working on time, he kept smoking. They broke the sides of all my furniture, and because of them, my walls are also damaged.

I will file a complaint against them with U.S. authorities. All their ratings are fake. The owner is a crazy woman she keeps insisting she’s right for no reason and doesn’t believe anything anyone says. She argued a lot with me. These people are scammers.

Excellent service, Hard working guys

Great experience with Amex. They were assigned to us through a broker. The team was very communicative, giving us a ~45 minute heads up before arrival. The team arrived right around the beginning of the pick up window, which was super helpful.

Javier, Henry & Fready provided exceptional service. The team was professional in communication, understood instructions clearly (no repetition needed), and handled all our items with care. They were also extremely fast (despite having to deal with stairs), was able to disassemble and reassemble large and heavy furniture, and helped arrange large items at the delivery address.

Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with Amex moving & storage and specifically this crew. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone dealing with the stress of moving.

Excellent service

My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!!

Fantastic Moving Experience

From the time they arrived this morning they made me feel like I had no worries. After watching and absorbing their performance I was so impressed with the crew professionalism. Unsatisfied customer SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with this moving company and the service they provided. The movers arrived late, handled my belongings carelessly, and several items were damaged in the process. Communication was poor, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to report the issues. Overall, the experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable move.

They were very unprofessional and careless ???

Amex Moving & Storage LLC communication was awful from the beginning. I called them several times before they confirmed the reservation. They showed up two hours late on the day of the move without warning. After the relocation, I immediately called them when I found the box missing. They promised to look into it, but I never heard back. They just ignored me despite my repeated emails and texts. They were very unprofessional and careless throughout the move.

Extremely professional gentlemen.

This was my second time using them, and they still deliver impeccable service. Last time was a small move, but this time I had to shift my entire two-story home. The movers came with a big truck, well-stocked with supplies, and a plan to tackle each level of my house one at a time. They helped me repack a couple of fragile boxes I hadn’t sealed well. The entire day was a whirlwind, but they kept everything organized. By evening, I was settled into my new place without any drama. Kudos to them for consistently great work.

Great service from start to finish

I moved from NJ to gorgia and AMEX came go help me to move. They guys came rigth on time started wrapped all the furniture to prefection. Very proffesional and friendly team.

Delivery came 4 days later and the guys set up everything wgere we wanted it. Moving is very stressful but those guys made it stress free move. I must say that Juan and his team did an AMAZING job and i will definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a great company.

Amazing service

Poor estimate and poor communication

Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

They Were Mind Blowing

I gave Amex Moving & Storage LLC five stars because they earned every single one. I moved out of a basement apartment with narrow stairs and low ceilings. I thought for sure something would get banged up or scratched. The movers took one look at the stairs and started figuring out angles. They tilted my couch every which way and got it up those stairs without a single mark on it. My coffee table has glass legs, and they wrapped each one separate. At the new house, they asked me to show them around and then carried everything in without me having to direct them. I inspected every piece after they left and found nothing damaged. Not one thing.

Super heroes of moving

Hassle-free moving experience.

This company handled our warehouse move with a lot of professionalism. Moving thousands of inventory boxes is a huge task, but these guys didn't seem confused at all. They worked as a unit to load the trailers and kept a positive attitude even though it was a long day in the sun. I liked that the lead guy kept me updated on their progress every hour. The job was finished within the timeframe we discussed, and the new facility was clean.
